It will involve me coming to your home, spending a couple of hours with you and your baby showing various massage techniques that I use to aid with sleep, help to relieve colic, teething pain and digestion to a name a few. The One-to-One sessions allow us to work around your normal routine and find a time that is convenient for you and baby in the comfort of your own home. It creates a relaxing environment, ideal for some important bonding time.
